Refund & Returns Policy

At IrishBiltong.ie, we want you to enjoy our products as much as we do. Please read the following policy carefully:

Perishable Goods
As our products are food items, they are considered perishable. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (045) 856 021 or email info@irishbiltong.ie. We may ask for photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly. Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund (including delivery costs).

Delivery Issues
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our delivery partners and, if the goods are confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
